½ bunchesCilantro, Chopped
1-½ cupBean Sprouts
1 cupMandarin Orange Sections (from A Can)
½ cupsToasted Almonds
1 packageRamen Noodles, Crushed, 3 Ounce Package
FOR THE DRESSING:
2 clovesGarlic, Finely Minced
1 TablespoonGrated Ginger
3 TablespoonsSoy Sauce
¼ cupsPacked Brown Sugar
2 TablespoonsSesame Oil
2 TablespoonsWhite Wine Vinegar
¼ cupsCanola Oil
Salt And Pepper, to taste
Preparation Instructions
Stir all of the dressing ingredients together in a small bowl. Set aside.
In a large bowl, combine all of the salad ingredients and toss with dressing. Top with more almonds and ramen noodles if desired and serve immediately.
*If desired, use a store bought Sesame Ginger Dressing, such as Newman’s Own. Use 3/4 cup dressing if you do this.
*Discard the seasoning packet that comes with the noodles. You don’t use them in this recipe.
