Popovers

by srpotts and filed in Breads

Wonderfully light and buttery. I have to force myself to save enough so my husband and kids can have some too. These are great with pretty much anything but especially with soups and light pastas.

Potato and Italian Sausage Stuffing

by srpotts and filed in Main Courses

The name says “Stuffing” because originally this recipe was meant to be stuffed into a chicken before roasting it. I have made it that way and it’s delish but for convenience’s sake I almost always make it this way. This is my hubby’s Favorite dish and he never tires of it. This can be assembled up till the baking point them stored in fridge til ready to cook if you want to make it early to save time later.

Cinnamon Stars (German Zimtsterne)

by Birgit Kerr and filed in Cookies, Desserts

One of my favorite cookies, even though I usually only indulge at Christmas! The process is a tad tedious, but the end result is totally worth it. Sweet, moist nuttiness mixed with delicate crunch of the meringue topping. Mmmmm!

Sweet Potato Delight

by LadyInRed and filed in Sides, Vegetables

Much more refined than the traditional sticky-sweet yams with marshmallows, this classy yet comforting dish is one of my top 5 most-requested recipes. Relatives mourned its absence (not mine?!) at a holiday table when I was ready to deliver my second-born. Friends have offered hard labor in exchange for a serving, and undying love and devotion have been pledged over this dish. ;)

Mock Crab Cakes

by kevansjordan and filed in Appetizers

Fabulous way to use up all of the season’s extra zucchini – and I bet most people wouldn’t know that they didn’t have any crab in them at all.

Meet Nancy

Nancy is the Coupon Clipping Cook, which means she not only has an astounding number of recipes to share with us (her TK recipe box is busting at the seams!) but she's also got loads of money-saving tips in her blog (she worked at a grocery store for a number of years, so she knows her stuff). She has some pretty amazing creations, like Roasted Garlic Potato Soup and Nutty Coconut Chicken. Go check them out!

Meet Heather

Heather is a Texas native and the blogger behind Heather's Dish. She's mom to Weston, wife to Nate, and they live in Little Rock, Arkansas with their two "stubborn and saucy" dogs Bunker and Keira. In her blog, she shares her photographs, random musings (serious and silly alike), and all kinds of scrumptious recipes---and not just evil variations of her favorite mac and cheese. Her enviable TK recipe box is a testament to that. Go see for yourself!
