The name says “Stuffing” because originally this recipe was meant to be stuffed into a chicken before roasting it. I have made it that way and it’s delish but for convenience’s sake I almost always make it this way. This is my hubby’s Favorite dish and he never tires of it. This can be assembled up till the baking point them stored in fridge til ready to cook if you want to make it early to save time later.

One of my favorite cookies, even though I usually only indulge at Christmas! The process is a tad tedious, but the end result is totally worth it. Sweet, moist nuttiness mixed with delicate crunch of the meringue topping. Mmmmm!

Much more refined than the traditional sticky-sweet yams with marshmallows, this classy yet comforting dish is one of my top 5 most-requested recipes. Relatives mourned its absence (not mine?!) at a holiday table when I was ready to deliver my second-born. Friends have offered hard labor in exchange for a serving, and undying love and devotion have been pledged over this dish.

Fabulous way to use up all of the season’s extra zucchini – and I bet most people wouldn’t know that they didn’t have any crab in them at all.
