Amazingly refreshing and delicious. When peaches come into season, we can’t wait for Fresh Peach Pie.

I love simple and we gluten-intolerant types don’t get it very often. No need to do handsprings to make this quick gluten free pie crust. I use this with Gluten Free Streusel Topping for all kinds of fruit pies. If you like sorghum flour, substitute it for the cornstarch.

These are a favorite on my trays at Christmas. Nice healthy snack, minus the sugar. Haha.

It’s plain and simple, but it’s my favorite. Better than that, the recipe came to me from my Mom. I serve this meatloaf with mashed potatoes cooked with a parsnip and a little grated carrot.

This is something I rarely make. Not sure why, since we love it, and it is easy. A nice addition to cookie trays at Christmas.

Every time our beloved Pdub posts a mouth-watering baked delight, I go into my “Why do I have to be gluten free?” pout. Then I drag out my bags of weird gluten free flours and tackle the recipe. This must-have prune cake came out so well that the famil gobbled it, even though they can eat all the glutaginous goodies they want. So for all you gf droolers, heere it is in a lighter version with a big nod to Ree and Grandma Iny.

Oh my goodness, this is amazing and it’s so simple to put together. The hardest part is waiting the six hours for it to set up! It’s great to make for company too because you can make it the night or day before and it presents like a fancy dessert that you slaved over.

These are a break from traditional oatmeal raisin cookies. See if you like them. We do, and they are nice to take as gifts on a trip in the Fall.

Believe me, you won’t be able to stay out of this. Not for the low-calorie/low-fat group. Ha. Great for a big party, though. Also easy to halve for a smaller get-together. Needs to sit for several hours for flavors to meld before serving.
