This is my version of the popular pumpkin casserole using my recipe for the spices, etc. It is so yummy that my husband said he thought it was much better than pumpkin pie! I’m not sure about that, though!

Wholesome yummy waffles! I mix the dry ingredients up ahead of time and keep it in the pantry, so all I have to do on any given Waffle morning is throw in the buttermilk , eggs and melted butter. I have even mixed this up with instructions on handmade gift tags, and gave them away for Christmas gifts. My ex-husband loved ‘em so much, he wanted to mass market them. He wasn’t all bad. LOL.

Another recipe my friend Teach James left me, as I took care of her the last few years she lived. She was a wonderful person and had some great recipes! Serve this over rice, pasta, etc.

This recipe is a combination of one that was given to me by a friend and one that my MIL taught me to make. I have combined the things about both that I enjoy!
