This is my very special Tiramisu recipe. The one people ask me about once they taste it. The one I make less than once a year because they have to forget how good it is, and then faint again each time they eat it! The one I’m so proud of. It’s lighter and less sweet than others I’ve tasted, and it’s better than many I’ve tasted in restaurants. Check out my blog for tips and a full explanation.

On a hot summer day there’s nothing better than some grilled meat and this pasta salad!
This is an old church potluck recipe that’s been around forever. It makes a LOT and I’ve never been able to figure out how to cut it down, so invite a bunch of folks over for dinner and enjoy!

This recipe was inspired by Jaden’s Lemongrass Chicken and Coconut Soup from her fabulous book, The Steamy Kitchen Cookbook.

Spaghetti Ubriachi, or Drunken Spaghetti, is a typical Tuscan dish that we also make here in Umbria when the new wine reaches the marketplace each year. It is a wonderful dish to look at, as the pasta cooked in the red wine takes on a gorgeous ruby red color.

Another great crockpot recipe. Chicken and Northern Beans give a twist to an old favorite…chili.
Nancy is the Coupon Clipping Cook, which means she not only has an astounding number of recipes to share with us (her TK recipe box is busting at the seams!) but she's also got loads of money-saving tips in her blog (she worked at a grocery store for a number of years, so she knows her stuff). She has some pretty amazing creations, like Roasted Garlic Potato Soup and Nutty Coconut Chicken. Go check them out!
Heather is a Texas native and the blogger behind Heather's Dish. She's mom to Weston, wife to Nate, and they live in Little Rock, Arkansas with their two "stubborn and saucy" dogs Bunker and Keira. In her blog, she shares her photographs, random musings (serious and silly alike), and all kinds of scrumptious recipes---and not just evil variations of her favorite mac and cheese. Her enviable TK recipe box is a testament to that. Go see for yourself!
