This bundt cake gets a little help from our old friend: cake mix. It’s just a cute name for a simple yet delicious chocolate cake.

The perfect potato soup recipe! Not overly heavy like baked potato soups, but hearty enough for a meal on cold winter days!

This is my attempt to liven up green beans. Instead of just steaming them, I wanted something different. I’m not sure about the exact amount of beans I used. When I buy them at the grocery store, I just keep adding them to the bag until I feel like I have a good amount for two people. I guess it’s about 3 cups, but who knows, I’m not very good at guessing, and I didn’t think to weigh them.

This lighter version of clam chowder is still big on delicious flavor. The bacon drippings and bacon add the only fat … but they add incredible flavor.
