1. Preheat oven to 375ºF.
2. Crumble 4 taco shells in the bottom of a greased 8×8 casserole dish.
3. Brown meat in a large skillet on the stovetop.
4. Add seasoning, sauce, peppers, and beans to the cooked meat (you could also use an onion, some olives … sky’s the limit!).
5. Layer half the meat mix over the taco shells, then half the cheese. Repeat and finish with a final layer of taco shells.
6. Bake for 20 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
