Dice chicken, bell pepper and carrots, then saute in a pan with Italian seasoning, garlic salt and pepper until chicken is done.
Add can of cream of mushroom soup, then fill half the can with the heavy whipping cream, and pour into the pan. Add the can of green beans and 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese and let simmer for 5 minutes.
Spray a 9×13 casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray, then pour in the chicken mixture. Top with crescent rolls and the rest of the Parmesan cheese, then bake at 375F for 15 to 20 minutes until crescent rolls are brown.
