Combine melted butter, Worcestershire and liquid smoke in a small bowl.
Place steaks in a dish or gallon size freezer bag and pour marinade over them. Let the steaks sit for 10 minutes. Then refrigerate 8-10 hours.
Remove steaks from refrigerator 30 minutes prior to grilling them. Grill steaks according to your preference and discard the marinade.
