Italian Sausage with Potatoes and Peppers

Ingredients

• 1 whole Onion, Chopped
• 1 whole Green Pepper, Chopped
• 1 whole Red Pepper, Chopped
• 3 whole Cloves Of Garlic, Minced
• 4 whole Large Red Skin Potatoes, Chopped
• 2 teaspoons Italian Seasoning
• ¼ cups Olive Oil
• ¼ cups Dry White Wine
• 1 package Italian Sausage (Spicy Or Hot Is Preferred)
• 1 pinch Salt And Pepper, to taste

Preparation Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

Combine all ingredients except Italian Sausage in a large mixing bowl. Make sure everything is coated with the wine, oil and seasoning.

Grease a 9X13 inch casserole dish and pour ingredients in. Top with Italian Sausage and cover with foil.

Bake for 1 hour. Remove the foil and bake 10 minutes longer.
