1. Cut beef in strips.
2. Wash snow peas and broccoli and cut broccoli in small florets. Cut baby corn lengthwise in half.
3. Combine teriyaki, hoisin sauce, and mirin in a small bowl.
4. Heat half the oil in a wok and stir-fry beef until browned. Take beef out of the wok and set aside.
5. Heat remaining oil in the wok and stir-fry broccoli until almost tender.
6. Return beef to the wok with the sauce mixture, snow peas, corn and ginger. Stir-fry until vegetables and beef are cooked.
7. Remove from heat and sprinkle with sprouts.
8. Serve with rice.
