Cook 1 cup of rice in 2 cups of water. When the rice is done, add a stick of butter and stir occasionally, being sure not to let the rice stick to the pan. Add the soy sauce (more or less, depending on what you like). Toss in the shrimp and cook for about 5 to 7 more minutes. Chop up the green onions and add them to the mix at the end.
You can even add some frozen peas and carrots too—if you’re feeling kinda wild!
