Place the frozen chicken breasts in the bottom of the crock pot. Sprinkle the taco seasoning on top and pour the Ro-Tel in (do not drain). Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
Once you are ready to serve, shred the chicken with 2 forks. Serve on tortillas with sour cream and cheese.
