Whisk together the oil, honey, lime, chile powder, cumin, and salt to make the marinade. Add the chicken and marinate in a bag or container. Refrigerate for 2-4 hours.
Grill over medium heat, until juice is clear and meat is no longer pink inside. Remove from heat and top the chicken with cheese such as Chihuahua.
Mash the avocado with salt and pepper, spread it on one side of bun; spread mayo on the other side. Add tomato and onion. Enjoy.
