Ingredients
- 1 can (10.75 Oz. Can) Cream Of Chicken Soup
- 1 jar (10 Oz. Jar) Alfredo Sauce
- 1 jar (small Jar, About 4 Oz.) Chopped Pimentos
- ⅓ cups White Wine (or Chicken Broth)
- ½ teaspoons Dried Basil
- 2 cups Cooked Chicken, Cubed
- 1 package (10 Oz. Package) Chopped Spinach, Thawed And Drained
- 2 cups Ricotta Cheese
- ½ cups Parmesan Cheese
- 1 whole Egg, Beaten
- 1 package (9 Pieces) Lasagna Noodles (I Use The No Boil Ones)
- 3 cups Grated Cheddar Cheese
Preparation Instructions
Mix soup, sauce, pimentos, wine and basil in a bowl. Add chicken.
In another bowl, mix spinach, ricotta, parmesan, and egg.
Put 3 noodles down in a pan. Add ricotta mixture, then top with soup mixture and some cheddar cheese. Repeat 2 more times
Cook at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake for 5 more minutes or so.
