Preheat oven to 350ºF. Place baking liners in muffin cups.
In a large bowl, whisk egg, butter and brown sugar until smooth. Add in vanilla and bananas, mix until combined. Add in flours, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt, mix just until combined. Fold in walnuts. Add Nutella and gently swirl into batter.
Pour into muffin cups. Bake for 18 minutes.
