1. Heat milk and powdered milk to the scalding point (almost to, but not boiling).
2. Cool down quickly by placing pot in ice water bath in the sink. Stir until lukewarm (about 100 degrees).
3. Add yogurt, vanilla and sugar. Stir well
4. Put in mason jars with lids or other storage containers.
5. Put in your oven with the light on. Do NOT disturb it for 10 to 12 hours. (I will turn the light off just before going to bed if I don’t open the door).
6. Cool at least 4 hours in the refrigerator to let it set more.
7. Enjoy!
