Chocolate Spice Rub for Ribeye Steaks

Ingredients
- ⅓ cups Packed Dark Brown Sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Onion Powder
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 3 teaspoons Sea Salt Or Your Preferred Salt Of Choice
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh Ground Black Pepper
- 4 Tablespoons Paprika
- 3 whole Ground Chocolate Biscotti (I Used My Food Processor)
Preparation Instructions
Mix all ingredients together.
Sprinkle as much of the rub as you desire onto both sides of your perfect steak, marinate for about 30 minutes and grill to your desired doneness. I like mine rare.
Store left over Chocolate Spice Rub in an airtight container. Stays fresh for an extended time in the freezer. Oh, and don’t forget to put a label on it.
