Delicious homemade cranberry sauce with a couple twists. Everybody loves it!
Wash and pick over cranberries. Combine them in a saucepan with the orange juice and the sugar. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for about 7 minutes or until cranberries burst. Add spices and balsamic vinegar. With a wooden spoon, use the back to smash the cranberries. Add the blueberries. Stir to combine. Remove from heat and let sit until thick. Can be served warm or cold. Delicious on my grandmother’s rolls (can be found in my recipe box).
