Description

I should have posted this before Christmas! This is a delicious cranberry dish that works as a side dish or is good enough for dessert!

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Chopped, Unpeeled Apples
  • 2 cups Raw Cranberries
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1-½ cup Uncooked Oats
  • ½ cups Packed Brown Sugar
  • ⅓ cups Flour
  • ½ cups Chopped Pecans
  • ½ cups Butter

Preparation

In a 2-quart casserole, combine apples, cranberries, and white sugar.

Mix together the other ingredients and layer on top of the fruit.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until bubbly and lightly browned.

Oh, I’m so glad y’all liked it! Good idea on the cinnamon–I think I will try that next time, too. Y’all have a great day!

The next time I make this, I think I’ll use a touch less butter, and add a shot of cinnamon to the topping. Other than that, loved it! Thank you!

It is delicious!

This recipe made the family cook book.
