Description
A little tart, a little sweet and totally powerful!
Ingredients
- 1 Tablespoon Sugar For Rimming The Glass
- 2 ounces, fluid Vodka
- 2 ounces, fluid Orange Liqueur (I Used Cointreau)
- 1 ounce, fluid Lemon Juice
- ½ ounces, fluid Simple Syrup
- Lemon Wedges For Garnish And For Rimming The Glass
- Ice, To Fill Your Cocktail Shaker
Preparation
Pour the sugar into a shallow bowl. Run the edge of a cut lemon across a cocktail glass to wet it and then dip the edges of the glass into the sugar. Chill for a few minutes to set.
Add the vodka, orange liqueur, lemon juice and simple syrup into a cocktail shaker. Fill with ice, put the lid on and shake well. Strain it into the prepared glass and garnish with a wedge of lemon, if desired.
