Description

A creamy, thick, healthy, naturally-sweet smoothie made with tropical fruit and Greek yogurt, that will help flatten your belly and reduce bloating.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Peeled Papaya, Diced
  • ½ cups Mango, Frozen, Diced
  • ¼ cups Orange Juice
  • ¼ cups Coconut Milk, Unsweetened (From A Carton Not A Can)
  • 5-⅓ ounces, weight Greek Yogurt, Plain
  • 1 Tablespoon Flax Seed Ground Or Whole
  • 1 cup Spinach

Preparation

Add all of your ingredients into a blender, put the lid on and process until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy.
