Description

This tastes so delicious you’ll forget it’s incredibly healthy! Who knew green could be so tasty?

Ingredients

  • 1 whole Kiwi, Peeled And Sliced
  • 1 whole Ripe Mango, Chopped And Frozen
  • 1-½ cup Lifeway Coconut Chia Kefir (or Almond Milk Or Greek Yogurt)
  • ½ whole Frozen Banana, Sliced
  • 1-½ cup Fresh Spinach

Preparation

Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth and serve immediately.

Optional extras: chia seeds, coconut, or protein powder.

Yum! I didn’t have kiwi, so I moved forward with the other ingredients. I used unsweetened Almond Coconut milk and added flax seeds. All I could taste was the banana and it was delicious. And the beautiful green color made me feel so healthy. The flax seeds added a delicious little crunch. Will definitely add to my morning routine.

I decided to make this solely on the fact that I had all the ingredients and needed to use up a kiwi and some spinach. I was shocked that it actually tasted great! Very good combo. (I used coconut milk instead of the Kefir, and added chia seeds.)
