Description

Coffee blended with flavored peppermint extract, cocoa powder and nonfat milk.

Ingredients

  • FOR THE FRAPPE:
  • 1-½ cup Coffee, Partially Frozen
  • ½ cups Non-fat Milk
  • 2 teaspoons Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • ½ teaspoons Stevia To Taste
  • ⅛ teaspoons Peppermint Extract
  • ⅛ teaspoons Xanthan Gum (optional)
  • FOR THE OPTIONAL TOPPINGS:
  • 2 Tablespoons Peppermint Whipped Cream
  • 1 dash Chocolate Flakes

Preparation

In a blender, add all the frappe ingredients and process until smooth. Top with whipped cream and chocolate flakes, if desired.
