Description

A delicious, super-healthy smoothie featuring the lovely rainbow chard!

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Loosely Packed Rainbow Chard Leaves, Stems Removed
  • 2 whole Bananas, Peeled, Frozen
  • ½ cups Pineapple Or Orange Juice
  • 1 Tablespoon Ground Flax Seeds
  • 1 cup Ice

Preparation

Pulse all ingredients together in a blender until blended. Serve immediately or freeze.

Awesome and yummy! My chard leaves had grown a little large, so I added a little extra OJ and banana to cover up any bitterness

Yummy and healthy. Thank you, my kids LOVED this. Who knew I could get them to drink chard at breakfast? And ask for seconds? haha
