Description

A chai latte made with pumpkin puree, vanilla and cinnamon. All the flavors of fall in a toasty mug.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Prepared Sweetened Chai Tea Concentrate (such As Oregon Chai Or Tazo)
  • 1 cup Milk
  • ¼ cups Pumpkin Puree
  • ½ teaspoons Vanilla
  • ¼ teaspoons Cinnamon

Preparation

Add the chai concentrate, milk, pumpkin puree and vanilla into a saucepan over medium heat. Heat up the mixture until it just reaches a simmer, whisking as you go. Taste for sweetness level, adding more milk if needed. You can strain the pumpkin puree out at this point, if you prefer. I leave it in. Pour the latte into 2 mugs and sprinkle with cinnamon. Serve immediately while steaming and frothy.

I am loving this tea. I had it iced and it was yummy. I had no idea that a chai tea concentrate even existed! Now, I’m hooked.

Good! Very pumpkiny which I like. I used an unsweetened chai and added cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and clove and some agave nectar. Delicious!
