Description

Boost your morning with this pretty and healthy Pink Power Protein Smoothie, full of color and goodness!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1  Banana, Frozen
  • 1  Small Raw Beet Peeled And Quartered
  • 1 cup Frozen Strawberries
  • 1 Tablespoon Flaxseed Meal
  • 1 teaspoon Raw Honey
  • 1  Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder (optional)

Preparation

Add unsweetened almond milk, frozen banana, small raw peeled beet, frozen strawberries, flaxseed meal, and raw honey to a kitchen blender. Blend everything until very smooth. If you’d like, you can also add in some protein powder.

Note: Beets have been shown to lower your blood pressure, boost your stamina, and are packed full of valuable nutrients, making this smoothie full of goodness for you.
