Description

This refreshing green smoothie is packed with anti-inflammatory goodness. Sweet tropical flavors with a kick from the ginger and turmeric.

Ingredients

  • 1  Apple
  • 1  Pear
  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh Ginger
  • 1-½ cup Pineapple
  • 1-½ cup Spinach
  • 2 Tablespoons Chia Seeds
  • 1 cup Almond Milk
  • ¼ teaspoons Turmeric Powder
  • ¼ teaspoons Black Pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil

Preparation

Quarter the apple and pear and remove stems and seeds. Add all ingredients to the blender and blend until desired consistency. Enjoy!

Hi! We need some help before posting this:

1. The instructions mention peeling the ginger, but the ingredient list only lists 2 pinches ginger. Can you please clarify the amount needed?
2. How to do you prepare the fruits? Are they peeled and cored, diced, sliced, chopped, etc.?

When you’re done, please just drag the ingredient entries back to their proper position in the list so that ingredients are listed in the order they are mentioned in the instructions. Then click “Allow recipe to be visible” (right above the instructions section in the edit page) and save your changes. That will put this recipe back into the approval queue. Thanks!
