Description

A healthy shake made with bananas, yogurt coconut milk and Girl Scout cookies! The healthy replica of the famous Shamrock Shake.

Ingredients

  • 1 whole Banana, Frozen
  • ½ cups Coconut Milk, Light Unsweetened
  • ½ cups Greek Yogurt, Plain
  • 1 whole Thin Mint Cookie
  • 3 drops Green Food Coloring (optional)
  • 2 drops Mint Extract

Preparation

Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.

Optional topping: fat-free whipped cream and a Thin Mint cookie.
