Description
This Easy Pomegranate Mojito will make for some happy guests at your next soiree. Whip it up by the glass and serve it fresh with lots of garnishes. Happy holidays!
Ingredients
- 2 slices Lime, Plus More For Garnish
- 1 teaspoon Sugar (or Simple Syrup)
- 2 ounces, fluid Rum
- 3 ounces, fluid Pure Pomegranate Blueberry Juice
- 4 cubes Ice
- 1 ounce, fluid Soda Water
- 5 whole Mint Leaves
- 1 Tablespoon Pomegranate Arils
Preparation
Muddle lime and sugar in the bottom of a glass. Add rum and juice. Stir. Add ice and top off with soda water.
Garnish with lime, mint and pomegranate arils.
Tip: If you prefer, rim glass with sugar first.
