Description

Delicious dessert martini I created one day!

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces, fluid Whipped Vodka (Pinnacle Brand)
  • 2-½ ounces, fluid Coconut Water (I Used Unsweetened)
  • ½ ounces, fluid Half-and-half
  • 1 piece Graham Cracker, Crushed Or Graham Cracker Crumbs (optional)

Preparation

Mix vodka, coconut water and cream in a martini shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a martini glass. Optional: before pouring martini into the glass, either crush a graham cracker or use store-bought graham cracker crumbs. Wet the rim of the martini glass and dip in the crumbs for a graham cracker “crust” rim. Then pour your shaken martini into the glass and enjoy!

For a stronger coconut flavor, you could use coconut milk in place of the water, and eliminate the cream. I bet vanilla or even plain vodka would taste pretty good in this as well! I just happened to have a new bottle of whipped vodka on hand.

Pinnacle brand vodka makes it- it’s whipped cream flavored vodka! They make a ton of crazy flavors like Cotton Candy, as well as Chocolate Whipped and tons of others! I found it at Total Wine but know that they sell it at other liquor stores as well. It’s a blue bottle, and pretty cheap too! You could also use vanilla vodka or probably even plain vodka for this recipe!

Sounds delicious! I love the crumbed rim too, great idea. But, please, what is whipped vodka?
