Description

Chocolaty, peanut buttery, lip-smacking deliciousness in a glass!

Ingredients

  • FOR THE PEANUT BUTTER SYRUP:
  • ¼ cups Sugar
  • ¼ cups Water
  • ¼ cups Smooth Peanut Butter
  • 1 pinch Sea Salt
  • FOR THE COCKTAIL:
  • 1-½ ounce, fluid Vanilla Vodka
  • 1-½ ounce, fluid Peanut Butter Syrup (recipe Below)
  • 1-½ ounce, fluid Cream Or Half-and-Half
  • 1 ounce, fluid Chocolate Liqueur
  • ½ ounces, fluid Creme De Cacao
  • Chocolate Syrup, For Garnish
  • Ice, To Fill Cocktail Shaker

Preparation

Make the peanut butter syrup by combining the sugar and water in a pot over low heat. Stir until the sugar is dissolved and then whisk in the peanut butter. Finish with a touch of sea salt and set aside to cool slightly.

Prepare a martini glass by pouring a little chocolate syrup in a bowl and running the rim of the glass through it. Allow chocolate to harden slightly. Place some of the cooled peanut butter syrup in a shallow bowl as well and run the chocolate rimmed glass through the peanut butter. Allow to cool slightly. Pour a little chocolate syrup in the bottom of the glass if desired.

Combine the vanilla vodka, peanut butter syrup, cream, chocolate liqueur and creme de cacao in a cocktail shaker. Add ice, put the lid on and shake well. Strain into the prepared cocktail glass.
