Description
Nothing like one of these to cut through the summer heat.
Ingredients
- 4 whole Cherries, Pitted And Quartered
- 6 whole Mint Leaves, Torn
- 1-½ teaspoon Demerara Sugar
- ¼ whole Lime, Cut Into Wedges
- 2 ounces, fluid White Rum
- 1 cup Carbonated Water (I Used Lime Flavored San Pellegrino)
Preparation
Place cherries, mint, sugar and lime in a tall glass. Muddle these ingredients together at the bottom of the glass. Add a few ice cubes and pour in the rum. Fill the glass the rest of the way with carbonated water and serve.
