1. Brew chamomile tea ahead of time. Let it cool so it will be cold when you make your smoothie.
2. Add tea to a blender. Add papaya, bananas and sweetener if you are using some; blend until smooth. Serve right away or pour into popsicle molds or ice cube trays.
