Whipped Strawberry Cream Cheese Frosting

Description
Fluffy, whipped, dreamy, cream cheese frosting with strawberries. This recipe is easily used with any fruit or just plainly as a whipped cream cheese frosting.
Ingredients
- 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
- 1 cup Granulated White Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Flavoring
- 1-½ cup Cool Whip
- 2 Tablespoons Frozen Strawberries With Juice
Preparation
In a mixing bowl, mix cream cheese and sugar together until smooth. Add in vanilla flavoring, fold in Cool Whip, add frozen strawberries and juice, and fold together well but gently.
Add in more Cool Whip or strawberry juice to get the consistency you want.
This does make a little more than you need to frost a round 8-inch 2-layer cake.
It makes a great filling for cakes as well.
