Put the pudding mix, powdered sugar and milk into a medium sized bowl and mix on medium-low speed for 2 minutes with electric mixer. Scrape sides of bowl frequently. Fold in Cool Whip.
That’s it! It’s done and ready to spread. I frosted a cake that I made from an 18 ounce box mix.
Keep extra frosting refrigerated.
