Description

The most delicious cheesecake you will ever eat! You could use other candies if you don’t like the Toblerone. It’s one of the best cheesecakes I’ve ever made!

Ingredients

  • 1-¼ cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • ¼ cups Butter
  • 3 packages (8 Oz. Package) Cream Cheese, Softened
  • ¾ cups Packed Brown Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 3 whole Eggs
  • ⅓ cups Caramel Ice Cream Topping
  • 1 bar (3.5 Oz. Bar) Toblerone, Finely Chopped

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350ºF.

Crust:
Mix crumbs and butter in a small bowl. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Set aside.

Filling:
Beat cream cheese, brown sugar, and vanilla in a large bowl with a mixer until well blended. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each egg. Mix on low until everything is blended. Pour over the crust and place in the oven for 40–45 minutes or until the center is almost set. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

When you are ready to serve, run a knife around the edge of the springform pan to loosen the edges. Remove the rim of the pan. Top with the caramel topping and sprinkle with the Toblerone candy bits. Serve and enjoy!

You could even do this with Snickers candy instead of Toblerone.
