An old-fashioned dessert made sugar-free.
In a skillet (use a skillet that has a lid – you’ll need it later), mix blueberries, Stevia and water. Bring the mixture to a boil.
Mix biscuit mix and milk together in a separate bowl. Lower the heat on the blueberry mix to a simmer, and drop the biscuit dough by spoonfuls into the simmering berry mix. When you’ve added all of the biscuit dough, cover the skillet and cook for 10 minutes; then remove the lid and cook for an additional 10 minutes uncovered.
Serve warm with thick cream, whipped cream or ice cream. Any fruit may be used, fresh or canned. Also, the sweetner can be decreased or increased to taste.
