I usually cut mine into squares and my friends think I slaved all day making these just to delight their tastebuds . Although I love my buds’ ‘buds, there is no slaving involved!
1) Heat oven to 350F.
2) Mix pretzel crumbs 1/4 Cup sugar, and butter. Press into bottom of a 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Bake 10 minutes. Cool.
3) Beat cream cheese, 1/4 Cup sugar & milk until well blended. Fold in whipped cream. Spread over crust. Refrigerate.
4) Add boiling water to gelatin mix in large bowl; stir 2 minutes until it’s all dissolved. Stir in cold water. Refrigerate 1-1/2 hours or until thickened (not firm!). Stir in strawberries; spoon over cream cheese layer. Refrigerate 3 hours until firm.

Don’t make the same mistake i did. I’ve never made anything like this before so i had no clue. I didnt let the crust cool long enough so the filling was melting while i was spreading it around. Also, don’t pour warm jello over the cream filling. Let it cool and mix the strawberries in before pouring it over or else the jello will seep all the way down to the crust and it’s a disaster. I still ate it and was yummy but it didnt turn out. Duh me!

Very easy to make, and the crust tastes incredible! I think I actually like the taste of the pretzels better then graham crackers.
