Description

Not too sweet and just enough strawberry! Makes enough to frost about 24 cupcakes.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Butter
  • 2 cups Powdered Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 4 Tablespoons Strawberry Jam

Preparation

Cream the butter until light and fluffy then add in the powdered sugar. Once it starts to come together, add in the vanilla and strawberry jam and mix until combined.

You can use it immediately or refrigerate until you need it.
