Description

This southern delight is rich and sweet and tastes similar to a pecan pie. It is easy to put together with ingredients you probably already have on hand. Very good!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Brown Sugar, Packed
  • ½ cups White Granulated Sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon All-purpose Flour
  • 2 whole Eggs
  • 1 Tablespoon Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • ½ cups Butter, Melted
  • ¾ cups Pecans (or A Little More If You Prefer)
  • 1 whole 9 Inch Pie Crust (regular, Not Deep Dish)

Preparation

Heat oven to 375ºF.

Mix sugars and flour together. Thoroughly beat in eggs, milk, vanilla and butter. Fold in nuts.

Line pan with crust and pour filling into pan. Bake for 40-50 minutes.
