Ingredients
- ½ cups Crisco
- ½ cups Butter
- 3 cups Sugar
- 2 whole Eggs
- 15 ounces, weight Pumpkin
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla
- 5 cups Flour
- 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 2 teaspoons Baking Soda
- 2 teaspoons Cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Nutmeg
Preparation Instructions
Cream butter and Crisco. Add sugar and eggs. Add pumpkin and vanilla.
Mix dry ingredients. Add to wet.
Spoon and flatten onto greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
Let cool and frost with cream cheese frosting.
