Description

A triple berry pie with triple the flavor.

Ingredients

  • 2 whole Unbaked Pie Crusts
  • 2 cups Raspberries
  • 1 cup Blackberries
  • 1 cup Halved Strawberries
  • ½ teaspoons Cinnamon
  • 3 Tablespoons Flour
  • ¾ cups Sugar, Plus Extra To Sprinkle On Top Crust
  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter

Preparation

Roll out 1 crust of your pie dough and place it in a greased pie tin.Pierce dough with a fork to prevent air bubbles.

Combine berries, cinnamon, flour, sugar, and lemon juice. Pour berry mixture into pie crust. Top with 6 small pats of butter (about 2 tablespoons).

Gently cover with the second pie crust and press edges of dough together. Make a few slits in the center of the pie with a knife. Sprinkle the top of the pie with a few pinches of sugar.

Bake at 375ºF for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool for at least 20 minutes.

So pretty! I can practically taste those berries. It’s like summer in a crust!
