Description

Sweet and Rich

Ingredients

  • 6 Tablespoons Butter
  • 3 whole Eggs
  • 1-½ cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Crushed Pineapple (with Juice)
  • 3 Tablespoons Flour
  • 1 cup Coconut
  • 1 whole Prepared Pie Crust

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350F.

Melt the butter in a small saucepan. Remove from the heat.

In a mixing bowl, lightly beat the three eggs by hand. Stir in the sugar, pineapple, flour and coconut. When that is mixed well, add the melted butter.

Pour into the uncooked pie shell. Bake 50-60 minutes until set and brown.
