Description

A wonderful frosting for cupcakes, cakes, brownies, whatever you like.

Ingredients

  • 3-¾ cups Confectioners Sugar
  • ½ cups Cocoa Powder, Unsweetened
  • ¼ teaspoons Salt
  • 6 Tablespoons Boiling Water
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • ½ cups Butter, Softened

Preparation

In large bowl, combine sugar, cocoa and salt. With an electric mixer, beat in boiling water, vanilla and butter until smooth and thick.

Yields 2 cups.

This frosting sounds brilliant!!! I’m so excited to try it. It has two of my favorite words in the title. Fudge. And frosting! Hee hee.
