This was amazing! I was craving ice cream (who knows why, its winter!) so I made this. It was very good.

Call me a hedonist, but I use heavy whipping cream instead of milk. I whisk the cream, vanilla and sugar until the sugar dissolves and then add as much snow as the liquid will handle. Last winter, we had so much snow that we experimented with flavors. We made chocolate, chocolate malt, vanilla malt and coconut. Our favorite is still vanilla, but our second favorite is chocolate malt!

I forgot to come back here and review this when my daughter made it this past winter. We all loved it, and it was good timing since she was reading the Little House on the Prairie series at the time. Thanks for sharing, it will be pulled out again next winter.
