Description

Creamy cream cheese and peanut butter frosting.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup Softened Butter
  • 1 pound Powdered Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • ¼ cups Natural Peanut Butter

Preparation

Cream ingredients together until thoroughly mixed. If icing seems to thick, add some milk 1 teaspoon at a time. Frost cupcakes or cake.

This frosting is so, so yummy! It is so good that after I ate the chocolate cupcake I frosted with it, I kept looking for excuses to eat more. I made it exactly as the recipe states. This does not have an overwhelming peanut butter flavor; it’s just enough. Thanks for the yummy, easy recipe!
