  • FOR THE CRUST:
  • 1 cup Hemp Seeds
  • 3 Tablespoons Unsweetened Cocoa
  • 1 cup Dates, Pitted
  • FOR THE FILLING:
  • 4 whole Frozen Peeled Bananas
  • 1 cup Dates, Pitted
  • 1 cup Cashews
  • 2 Tablespoons Coconut Oil, Melted
  • 1-¼ cup Almond Milk (or Water)
  • ¼ cups Unsweetened Cocoa
  • 2 Tablespoons Peanut Butter
  • FOR THE CHOCOLATE SAUCE:

  • FOR THE PEANUT BUTTER SAUCE:

  • 1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil, Melted
  • ¼ cups Chopped Peanuts

Preparation

For the crust:
1. Pulse hemp seeds and cocoa in your food processor until a rough flour forms, then add dates and process until combined and sticky.

2. Press into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch spring form pan. Place in the fridge while making the filling.

For the filling:
1. Blend all ingredients in your food processor until smooth, adding milk or water as needed to make it even creamier.

2. Spread evenly into your pie crust.

3. Swirl nut butter sauce and chocolate sauce on top of the pie. Optional: sprinkle with some chopped peanuts!

4. Freeze overnight and thaw a bit before serving.

For the chocolate sauce:
Mix dates, water, unsweetened cocoa and melted coconut oil in a food processor until creamy and drizzle on top of pie.

For the peanut butter sauce:
Just put peanut butter and coconut oil in a small saucepan and melt over low-medium heat. Drizzle on top of pie.
