Description

The crust is made from crushed Oreos, the pie itself is a creamy, sweet Nutella and cream cheese filling that almost feels like a mousse, and the whole thing is topped with freshly sliced strawberries. The combination of flavors and textures is so good. It’s rich and silky pie perfection. Even better—it’s no-bake, which makes it just perfect for summer.

Ingredients

  • FOR THE CRUST:
  • 25 whole Oreos, Finely Crushed
  • ½ sticks Butter, Melted
  • FOR THE FILLING:
  • 1 cup Nutella
  • 1 bar Cream Cheese (8 Oz. Bar, Softened)
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 tub Frozen Whipped Topping (8 Oz. Package), Thawed
  • FOR THE TOPPING:
  • 10 whole Strawberries, Hulled And Sliced, Optional

Preparation

To form the crust, combine the melted butter with the crushed Oreos in a medium sized bowl. Press the mixture into a 9-inch pie pan and set aside.

In a large bowl using a mixer, combine the Nutella with the cream cheese and the powdered sugar. Add the tub of frozen whipped topping and beat until smooth. Use a rubber spatula to scrape down the sides of the bowl, just to be sure that everything is getting incorporated.

Pour the filling into your prepared pie pan and smooth the top. Arrange the strawberry slices over the top and refrigerate overnight (or at least for a couple of hours).

this sounds so good…kids would love it…
I wonder if you could use something other than Nutella ? Nut allergies !

It was good, but it was so incredibly sweet, it was too much for me. My son loves Nutella, so I’ll probably make it again sometimes, but I will completely leave out the powdered sugar. The Nutella and Cool Whip have plenty of sugar already. Except for that, this was great!

really really good—I used low-fat cream cheese even. And 2/3 cup sugar….!!
