I make this recipe on a regular basis and these little cakes are gone in a wink. The only complaint I’ve ever received is “why didn’t you make more?”

When I lived in Paris, my favorite restaurant served the most amazing molten chocolate cakes. I’ve spent years trying to replicate them, tried dozens of recipies, and this is the winner.
This recipe was shockingly simple and easy to make, and the results were delicious. It’s dense and rich like a flourless torte, with a moist and gooey center.

So simple & yummy! It’s very rich… so we usually stretch to 6 servings. Our 8y/o loves to make these and they are really quick & easy.

So, so, so delicious and easy. This has become my go-to dessert. Great with fruit, vanilla ice cream, or by itself.

I have made this several times at home. My boyfriend requests this on a regular basis. It is super easy and quick to make! Love it!

My husband said these are his new favorite! I was thrilled because they are so easy and wonderful. Great to make for company because they look like they were a lot of trouble. We have decided that we like it better with vanilla ice cream then whipped cream.

I made this for my hubby’s birthday in March because it was chocolate and it had just 4 servings (so no leftovers since we were trying to be on a diet). Not a crumb was left and I served it with fresh whipped cream. So quick and easy. Thanks!!!

I made these last night and they were delicious! I read through the reviews and saw that a lot of people cooked them for longer than 13 minutes, so I thought nothing of leaving them in for the full time. Mistake! I don’t know if my oven cooks hotter than the stated temp or what but they cooked most of the way through. The center was more like thick jelly than lava. Next time I will cook them for less time! But the taste was still amazing!

Oh my! YUMMY, thanks to Ree we’ve made (Ok, my hubby has made) these often. He’s so proud of himself too because he can now claim he’s made cake from scratch!

I made this for my husbands birthday last night!! I was very uneasy about making a recipe that was unfamiliar for a celebration….. But it was a huge hit and it turned out absolutely perfect!!! The only thing I did different was use my jumbo muffin pan instead of the individual ramekins. Right before I served them I also dusted them with powdered sugar. Other than that the recipe was amazing!!! No changes needed!

These are fabulous! I made them huge in a large muffin tin and they were sooo good! And incredibly simple too! Loved that I just used one bowl, didn’t need to haul out my mixer and had a scrumptious dessert in under 30 minutes! Thanks!!
